Punctuality and reliability
We’ve just recorded our strongest ever quarter for punctuality on the rail network in Ireland. Statistics like that tend to prompt all sorts of reactions, so Ronan Kelly, our Train Performance Manager, gives us some background to the punctuality and reliability stats.
