Where else to start but one of the biggest events of the summer, Tall Ships Belfast 2015. Not to be missed, this four-day long event runs from Thursday July 2nd until Sunday July 5th. This is a non-ticket free event, where you can experience over 50 tall ships, coupled with live music and arts, international bars, and several local restaurants and cafés to suit every taste. By all accounts this is a must-see event.
Shopping in Belfast
Shopping in Belfast is special. Belfast offers a fantastic range of high street stores, family-owned businesses, designer boutiques, markets, as well as terrific shopping centres such as Victoria Square and Castle Court.

The Crumlin Road Gaol is a 19 century Grade ‘A’ listed building that has recently undergone a restoration, and reopened its gates to the public for guided tours, concerts and events.
During the 150 years the Gaol was open it housed murderers, suffragettes and both loyalist and republican prisoners. It has witnessed births, deaths and marriages and has been the home to executions, escapes, hunger-strikes and riots.
On a 70min (approx.) guided tour you will be taken through the years and experience what life was like for those imprisoned in ‘The Crum’. Don't forget to show your train ticket when you arrive to get 20% off a guided tour.
Every year the new Titanic Quarter hosts over 4 million visitors. People travel from all around the globe to experience one of Belfast’s most vibrant offerings.

This tourist hotspot is home to some of the city’s other major attractions, such as the Odyssey Arena, which houses some of the largest events in the city each year.
