Medium Flexible, Fully Flexible and First Class tickets can be amended and cancelled online by the customer through 'My Account' and 'My Booking' portals. Please note that Terms and Conditions apply to each ticket type.
Amendments and cancellations can only be made prior to travel and where the ticket(s) have not been printed. Once a ticket has been printed, no further changes or amendments can be made to your reservation. More information on how to cancel and amend your booking can be found here.
