Ticket Collection Method
Tickets purchased online or by phone can be collected at;

- Simply select ‘Collect Pre-booked tickets’
- Enter the Reservation Number (PRN) on screen
Tickets may be collected at selected ticket offices by presenting the Passenger Reservation Number (PRN) and one of the following forms of identification:
- a valid driving licence
- a valid passport
The identification presented must match a name(s) of those booked under the reservation. In the event of a dispute regarding identification or authenticity Iarnród Éireann staff members reserve the right not to furnish any tickets to any person.
Where a customer has selected a ticket type requiring identification, as indicated when booking, the appropriate identification must be presented.
Stations that do not have one of the above collection methods are not available to book from. In 2012 additional ticket machines will be added to stations with no collection facility.
