Revised Timetable in operation from 11th January 2021
Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail wish to advise customers that due to COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions a revised Iarnród Éireann timetable will operate across all routes from Monday 11th January 2021 until further notice.

Customers should note:
- Please check our Journey Planner for all services operating from 11th January 2021.
- For amendments to alternative services, you may use your existing ticket in conjunction with a Free Travel Pass or valid ticket reservation booked through the 'Free Travel Pass or valid ticket holders' option on the Journey Planner.
- We are operating an unallocated seating policy for the safety of all until further notice. Please disregard any reference to assigned seating in any booking records you may have.
- Customers are advised to sit in any available seat on-board and to adhere to the minimum two metre social distancing guidelines. Face coverings are also mandatory and alcohol is prohibited on-board.
Refund Arrangements

Low, Semi Flexible or printed tickets: Please contact Customer Care for cancellations. For amendments, you may use your existing ticket in conjunction with a seat reservation booked through the 'Free Travel Pass or valid ticket holders' option on the Journey Planner.
- Flexible and First Class (tickets not yet printed): Amendments or cancellations are allowed online for free up to 60 minutes in advance of the outward journey
This revised schedule will ensure we can provide a continued and reliable service to customers. We are engaging with, and will continue to be guided by all health and government agencies to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees.
