making protected disclosures called \"The Protected Disclosure Policy and Procedures\". The Protected Disclosure Policy and Procedures have regard to the Guidance issued by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform under section 21 (1) of the 2014 Act for the purposes of assisting public bodies in the performance of their functions under the Act.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>The \u003Cem>Protected Disclosure Policy and Procedures \u003C/em>sets out the framework within the organisation for disclosing information of alleged wrongdoing, the roles and responsibilities of those operating the policy, the company's response to any such reports and safeguards for those reporting reasonably held suspicions. Iarnród Éireann is committed to the highest possible standards of propriety, quality, honesty, openness, and accountability and to dealing with all allegations of fraud and other forms of wrongdoing reported.
