What are the conditions of travel?
- Your ticket is valid on the selected service only.
- First Class / Enterprise coach depending on the route
- Amendments or cancellations are allowed online for free up to 60 minutes in advance of the outward journey
- Amendments cannot be made on tickets already printed
*Due to COVID-19 we have a reduced number of services offering First Class/City Gold/Premier. Assigned seating and catering services are suspended until further notice. To ensure COVID-19 capacity measures can be delivered, all Intercity customers must pre-book travel until further notice.
