Customer Experience (CX) Excellence Awards 2026

Iarnród Éireann is inviting customers to have their say and vote for a staff member who enhanced their journey or has gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service.

Our Customer Experience (CX) Excellence Awards will take place in October, to highlight and celebrate the efforts of staff. You are invited to nominate a staff member who demonstrates an unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. 

Based on the nominations received by the closing date, those shortlisted will be invited to attend the awards ceremony in October, and all nominees will receive a Certificate of Recognition.
