What are the conditions of travel?

Customers who hold a Free Travel / DSFA Pass can book on their chosen service by selecting the 'Free Travel Pass' option in the Passenger selection box. Customers are advised there is limited availability for Free Travel bookings online.

  • You can purchase the ticket above using our Journey Planner. Tickets can only be purchased up to 90 days in advance.
  • An allocation of bookings on all InterCity services can be reserved online without a fee for 'Free Travel Pass or valid ticket holders'. When this allocation is fully booked, all remaining seats can be reserved by 'Free Travel Pass or valid ticket holders' for €2.50 per journey.

The DART and Commuter map displays information for services within the Dublin Commuter area.  The following stations/routes are displayed:

Northern Commuter

The Northern Commuter route Dublin Pearse to Dundalk serves the following stations: Dublin Pearse, Tara Street, Dublin Connolly (Main Terminal Station), Howth Junction and Donaghmede, Clongriffin, Portmarnock, Malahide, Donabate, Rush and Lusk, Skerries, Balbriggan, Gormanston, Laytown, Drogheda and Dundalk. 

DART

The DART route Greystones to Malahide serves the following stations: Greystones, Bray, Shankill, Killiney, Dalkey, Glenageary, Sandycole and Glasthule, Dun Laoghaire, Salthill and Monkstown, Seapoint, Blackrock, Booterstown, Sydney Parade, Sandymount, Lansdowne Road, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin Pearse, Tara Street, Dublin Connolly, Clontarf Road, Killester, Harmonstown, Raheny, Kilbarrack, Howth Junction and Donaghmeade, Clongriffin, Portmarnock and Malahide. Change at Howth Junction for services to Bayside, Sutton and Howth.

Dublin Connolly to Maynooth Longford and M3 Parkway Commuter Route

The Commuter route Dublin Connolly to Maynooth Longford and M3 Parkway serves the following stations: Dublin Connolly (Main Terminal Station), Drumcondra, Broombridge, Ashtown, Navan Road Parkway, Castleknock, Coolmine, Clonsilla, Leixlip Confey, Leixlip Louisa Bridge, Maynooth, Kilcock, Enfield, Mullingar, Edgeworthstown and Longford. At Clonsilla change for trains to Hansfield, Dunboyne and M3 Parkway (Terminal Station). 

Grand Canal Dock/Portlaoise

The Commuter route Grand Canal and Dublin Heuston to Portlaoise serves the following stations: Grand Canal Dock, Dublin Pearse, Tara Street, Dublin Connolly, Drumcondra, Park West and Cherry Orchard, Clondalkin Fonthill, Adamstown, Hazelhatch and Celbridge, Sallins and Naas, Newbridge, Kildare, (Change at Kildare for shuttle bus services to Kildare Outlet Shopping Village), Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise. Services also operate from Dublin Heuston to Portlaoise serving the following stations: Park West and Cherry Orchard, Clondalkin Fonthill, Adamstown, Hazelhatch and Celbridge, Sallins and Naas, Newbridge, Kildare, (Change at Kildare for shuttle bus services to Kildare Outlet Shopping Village), Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise.
