Christmas, New Year and Late-night Services

Late-night services will serve all stations on DART, Dundalk, Maynooth and Kildare Commuter lines, including Pearse to Kildare via Phoenix Park Tunnel on selected nights during the festive season

Christmas Timetable, Late night DART and Commuter services are back for the weekends in the run-up to Christmas and after Dublin’s New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Late night DART and Commuter services are part of a range of late night public transport services available this Christmas season. Full details of all public transport late night services are available from Transport for Ireland.

Planning in underway for additional pre-Christmas late-night services on Fridays and Saturdays on the lead up to Christmas.

  • Fares will be charged at normal rates, meaning customers can use Leapcard and buy cash fares for the best value Christmas travel option
  • Weekly, monthly and annual season tickets are valid on late night services, so season ticket holders will be able to use the late night services at no extra charge
