Ireland host Denmark in the Aviva Stadium on Monday 18th November in a winner takes all game for an automatic place in the finals of the European Championships.
After two disappointing results against Georgia in Tbilisi and Switzerland in Geneva, Ireland will look to put these two games in the past and will refocus all of their efforts on getting the three vital points against Denmark. With Denmark knocking us out of the World Cup Qualfiers nearly two years to the day in that 5-1 loss which the players and fans will have not forgotten, Ireland will look to get revenge on Denmark in this qualifying finale. The Irish players will need to be at their best to get the required win and with the Aviva at full capacity, the Irish fans will be the teams12th man.

Please Note - Lansdowne Road DART Station will close temporarily on the evening of Monday, 18th November 2019 for the Republic of Ireland vs Denmark UEFA EURO 2020 Qualifying match.
This closure, which will take place between 17:30hrs and 23:00hrs, is part of a trial operational exercise ahead of the Aviva Stadium’s hosting of four games during UEFA EURO 2020 next summer. DART services will continue as scheduled, but passengers will be required to disembark at either Grand Canal Dock DART Station or Sandymount DART Station during the closure.
