How do I change my Password?

  1. Click on 'My Account'
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password. Click 'Login'
  3. From the menu of the left (desktop/ Tablet) or the hamburger menu (on mobile) select the 'Change Password' option
  4. In the 'Current password' field enter your current password. if you are resetting your password enter the 'Temporary Password' you received
  5. Enter your new password in the ‘New password’ field. Enter it again in the ‘Repeat new password’ field. The password entered into both fields must match.
    Your password should contain at least one number, one symbol, one capital and one lower case letter, example - Ireland123!
  6. The password entered into both fields must match. 
  7. Click 'Change password'. A green message will appear at the top of the page to say that your password has changed.
