A critical success factor of this strategy is ensuring that as a business we have the best people to deliver in critical frontline positions and so we have a number of roles open for application across the network.
As an Irish Rail staff member, you will play a key role in the organisations aspiration to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey underpinned by integrated and collaborative working. You will deliver this objective with safety focus as the top priority each time.
Successful candidates will show a high level of enthusiasm for working within a customer service setting whilst also being highly motivated and engaged to work within a stringent rules focused safety critical environment.

This will be a multiple-hurdle selection process including initial online application & testing, in-person assessments, competency-based interview, medical and reference checks. A panel of suitable candidates may be reserved for future vacancies.
