Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Manager's Department
Location: Inchicore, Dublin 8
Remote Working: Available as per Remote Working policy.
Salary: €62k-€77K (Dependent on role & commensurate with suitable Qualification and Experience)
Contract Hours: 36-hour per week.
Contract Duration: Fixed Term leading to permanency.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 days per annum, rising to 28 based on service.

Iarnród Eireann, Irish Rail are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for the Infrastructure Manager’s Department. The Infrastructure Manager’s Department (IM) is made up of Engineering, Track /Access/Operations, and support functions. The teams are Civil Engineering, Signal, Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering, building & conservation, and Infrastructure Operations.
The successful candidate will become part of the IM Quantity Surveying team. The Quantity Surveyor will provide professional quantity surveying support to the Infrastructure Manager’s Department and IM QS team. The role will work across all teams within IM relating to costs/budgets for specific programmes of work.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Must hold MSCSI and/or MRICS accreditation
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Cubit/ CostX.
- 5+ years’ relevant work experience
