Major Disruption: Line reopened between Dublin and Cork / Kerry / Limerick

Update: 12:00hrs

Customers are advised the line has reopened between Thurles and Limerick Junction at 11:40hrs.

This follows an earlier tragic incident which was attended by the emergency services.  Services between Dublin Heuston and Cork / Kerry / Limerick were disrupted.

Delays of 30 to 60 minutes remain but are expected to ease.
