Iarnród Éireann’s Capital Investments Division (CID) is seeking a Project Manager and two nr. Assistant Project Managers to support the delivery of Customer Information Systems (CIS) projects across the Iarnród Eireann railway network. This includes the roll-out of Station Customer Service Systems (SCSS), which comprise of Passenger Information Displays, Public Address Systems, CCTV, Help points, etc (including associated infrastructure and civil engineering works) at all stations on the Iarnród Eireann network, and the establishment of a Customer Communications Centre (CCC) at the National Train Control Centre (NTCC).
The role(s) will require the management of project teams (including various multi-disciplinary consultants), coordinating contractors, stakeholders (both internal and external to Iarnród Eireann), with a demonstratable background in delivery of projects of similar nature. The role(s) will also require strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. In addition, the role(s) will also promote and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the Capital Investments Division.
