Updating Your Browser and Operating System

Our booking system and mobile apps need an up to date operating system and browser to work. This keeps the system and you safe while you book. Supported versions of browsers are:

Browser Versions

Chrome , Safari, Microsoft Edge , and Firefox: the most, and second most recent major versions of these support the use of our websites. See below for a guide on how to check and update your browser.
Operating System (OS)
iOS and Android: the most, second most, and third most recent major versions of these support the use of our apps. See below for a guide on how to check and update your OS.

Operating Systems (Mobile Apps)

  • iOS - Latest version + 2 previous major versions are supported
  • Android - Latest version + 2 previous major versions are supported

If the browser on your phone, tablet or PC needs updating, you will see the message 'Your browser is outdated'. Follow the steps below to check and update your browser:

Safari

Microsoft Edge

On Mobile/Tablet devices:

iOS 

  1. Open the 'App Store'
  2. Click 'Updates' in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Update the browser app you are using
  4. When the update is complete your browser will be up to date

Android

  1. Open the 'Play Store'
  2. Click the menu icon in the top left corner
  3. Select 'my apps and games'
  4. Select the browser app you need to update
  5. When the update is complete your browser will be up to date

If your OS is out of date, you will see this message: 'Your operating system needs to be updated'. Follow the instructions below to update your OS.

iOS - Please use the latest iOS version
