Dublin / Cork Intercity

There is a full trolley service on board every Dublin/Cork service in both directions.

We accept card and cash payment on all Dublin/Cork services. 

Our catering service provider on the Dublin - Cork route is exempt from the 'Re-turn' deposit scheme.

Dublin / Galway Intercity

A limited-time pilot trolley service will be provided on the following trains on the Dublin / Galway route from Monday 24th August 2026 for 6 months.

The following services will have a trolley onboard for the entirety of the journey:

This pilot service will help determine the potential viability of such a service on the Intercity network.   The pilot may be extended to other services or other routes during this six month period, which will be advised to customers in advance.

We accept card payment only on trolley services provided as part of this pilot. 

Our catering service provider for this pilot is exempt from the 'Re-turn' deposit scheme.

Other Intercity routes (Republic of Ireland)

We cannot provide catering on other routes at the moment.  We will update our customers as soon as we can, and apologise for the inconvenience.
